1 General Introduction

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on w1win are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following limits apply to all transactions:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
The funds deposited into an account and the identity used to register the account must belong to the same person. Third-party payments are not accepted.
w1win reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity is detected.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

w1win provides bonuses and promotional offers for players from time to time. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The minimum deposit for the bonus to apply is ৳300.
Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount received must be wagered 25 times. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If a bonus is obtained through suspicious or improper means, the associated account may be cancelled.

5 Gaming Rules

Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on gaming activity and is managed at w1win's discretion. w1win reserves the right to make any changes to VIP benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, they may result in account cancellation as well as applicable legal action:

Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
Misusing bonuses or promotional offers.
Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games.
Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
Behaving in an improper or threatening manner toward other users.
Being involved in money laundering or any other financial crime.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

w1win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
